本機(jī)用于AB片(即兩片)紙箱粘接成型。
現(xiàn)有AB片紙箱粘接工藝：

1.傳統(tǒng)手工刷膠人工粘接。

2.用老款粘箱機(jī)涂膠，而后手工粘接?，F(xiàn)有加工工藝的工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度高，效率低，并且粘接精度與質(zhì)量難以控制，易造成質(zhì)量事故。高速AB片粘箱機(jī)通過先進(jìn)工藝有效解決了問題。
本粘箱機(jī)前段給紙部設(shè)有兩個(gè)紙板堆碼處，用來碼放AB兩片紙板，這樣有利于提高生產(chǎn)效率，下面采用吸風(fēng)結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于提高輸送精度和效率。
中段輸紙對接部采用熱溶膠粘接，紙板四面擋規(guī)定位，定位準(zhǔn)，精度高。
后段折疊部，采用人工折疊，有效解決了模切壓痕與瓦楞位置不好確定的問題，紙箱粘口大小得到有效控制。本機(jī)兩人操作即可，前段一人負(fù)責(zé)上紙并將粘后的紙箱查數(shù)打包；后段一人負(fù)責(zé)將紙板折起送入壓合皮帶內(nèi)，操作簡單，易于上手。
